Meet Terri

Terri Cummings is the President of Level Up Solutions HRD LLC. As owner and senior consultant, Terri works to leverage her 17-plus year career in human resources and workforce development to help small and mid-size companies across the country wishing to expand and align business strategy with people and development. Her human resources and learning and development background in industries such as education, manufacturing, construction, and the non-profit sector, including chambers of commerce, offers clients a well-rounded base of knowledge to measure workforce efficiencies and enhance operations. Terri also extends her knowledge and expertise as an adjunct instructor in the business programs at Guilford and Forsyth Technical Community Colleges and the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

As an HR consultant, Terri focuses on the client, including industry trends, strategic positioning of the organization, and current workforce, to identify practical solutions that align workforce strategy with the mission and vision of the organization. In her learning and development capacity, Terri incorporates professional and personal development strategies to achieve comprehensive results fostered in a learning organization and that increase performance efficiencies, retention, and engagement. She has worked with executives, managers, and employees to identify best practices and develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors that are an inclusive framework for business and career success.

Terri earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in industrial and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in leadership and human resource development with a concentration in workforce development. Additional education includes certificates in employment law, human resources management, and OSHA 10. She also holds PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional) credentials.

Meet Sabrina

Sabrina Banks is an accomplished organizational consultant with more than 10 years of experience in workforce development, recruiting strategy, and business relations. Sabrina leverages her expertise in talent acquisition and employment compliance to help organizations design effective recruiting plans, strengthen workforce strategies, and align people practices with business goals. Her background spans all phases of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. She provides clients with a comprehensive approach to building and sustaining strong teams.

As a workforce strategist, Sabrina focuses on understanding the client’s unique industry and talent needs to deliver practical solutions that support both organizational growth and candidate success. Her ability to prioritize both the client and candidate makes her a trusted talent acquisition partner in cultivating inclusive and high-performing workplaces. Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and holds a certificate in technical recruiting.
