Meet Terri

Terri Cummings is the Founder and People Development Partner at Level Up Solutions HRD LLC. Terri draws on nearly two decades of experience in human resources, workforce development, and learning and development to support small and mid-size organizations across the country. Her work centers on helping individuals and organizations better understand how they show up in the context of work by bridging personal, professional, and organizational development. She partners with organizations to examine the behaviors, systems, and experiences that shape workplace dynamics. This approach supports individual and professional growth, strengthens teams, and promotes intentional alignment with organizational goals.

With experience spanning education, manufacturing, construction, nonprofits, and chambers of commerce, Terri brings a well-rounded and practical perspective to her work. In addition to her consulting practice, Terri serves as an adjunct instructor in business programs at Guilford and Forsyth Technical Community Colleges and the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in industrial and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in leadership and human resource development with a concentration in workforce development. She also holds PHR and SHRM-SCP credentials, along with additional certifications in employment law, human resources management, and OSHA 10.

Meet Sabrina

Sabrina Banks is an accomplished organizational consultant with more than 10 years of experience in workforce development, recruiting strategy, and business relations. Sabrina leverages her expertise in talent acquisition and employment compliance to help organizations design effective recruiting plans, strengthen workforce strategies, and align people practices with business goals. Her background spans all phases of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. She provides clients with a comprehensive approach to building and sustaining strong teams.

As a workforce strategist, Sabrina focuses on understanding the client’s unique industry and talent needs to deliver practical solutions that support both organizational growth and candidate success. Her ability to prioritize both the client and candidate makes her a trusted talent acquisition partner in cultivating inclusive and high-performing workplaces. Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and holds a certificate in technical recruiting.
